Two Thumbs Up!

So far, so good with the left hand! Pain is minimal – pain killers help, of course – but only Darvocet for me, as Vicodin and Percodan make me sick. Hunt and peck typing with left hand, so staying offline still. Mike is taking good care of me, and my Mom made us a yummy Thanksgiving dinner today. All is going well!
As a bonus, I was cleared yesterday to knit! However, holding a US 1 needle is still too much, so my socks are just short of the toe from being done. I hope to finish them tomorrow – I can knit about two rows and then have to take a break.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! And if you are enduring the “Black Friday” sales tomorrow – GOOD LUCK! If you are in Houston and knit or crochet – Twisted Yarns has ALL yarn 20% off this Friday and Saturday!

All the best as you recover, Christine! Do what you can, but listen to your body and don’t try to push it.

This is good news, right? With physical therapy and stuff, you’ll be as good as new? Here’s hoping that you feel great!!

I’m so glad to hear you’re doing well after surgery! I’m also glad you still get to knit as therapy. I know it will help you get better even faster!
