Ditto to the “remembering everyone’s links bit. The knitter in the green cow tipping shirt is Jody at killerpeach.net.

And holy crap that’s a huge bill. I expeceted it to be a bit higher, actually.

I can’t believe you remembered all the those links!

Ken sends you his love and says thanks for the whole after party and organized the bill. You’re awesome!

Christine, you and Katy are welcome any time, and Staci too. There are no better guests than knitters. They bring the very best hostess gifts that I don’t even feel I deserve! I had so much fun. After we got home and Staci headed to Houston, I took a 4 hour nap. All this activity takes it’s toll on us older knitters, don’t you know. I have photos on my camera of you and Stephaine, I will send to you. Lets plan another get-together. Who can we get to sponsor a knit-blogger convention? Get soem rest and have a great vacation!

[...] After the signing and purchasing was a TX knitblogger luncheon organized by Christine. I met a few Austin area bloggers, including Sarah, Alicia, Jodi, and Caro (who I recognized from her black orangina on flickr). Christine was a super-trooper after the meal, she took the gigantic check ($400+) and Made It Work. She also has the blow-by-blow of everyone that was there, so check it out. [...]

It was awesome to meet you and we definitely have to do this again. I was exhausted when i got home too and I didn’t even have to drive to Houston. I’m already trying to convince my husband that we should invite 40 knitters over our house for a barbecue, but he thinks the parking might be a problem, pooh.

Hi! I found you via various links off of The Yarn Harlot’s blog. Man! Is there some kind of TX blogger group I’m missing out on joining? I read so many other TX blogs, but I guess I’m too shy to say anyting in their comments. Such is the life of a wallflower, I guess. :) Was great seeing the Harlot, though!
