Just how terrible would you feel if you tripped on your shoelace and broke centuries-old vases? And why were they on the windowsill?

How can I “manage” my feedback? I’m getting email updates on subjects that do not interest me, but when I go to the link that says “Manage subscription”, the page is not available and I can’t find any way on this website to choose only the feedback for the items I’m interested in…….
