Rain, Rain, Go Away…

I have errands I wanted to run today, and things to do outside. Instead, it is POURING down rain. I can’t even see the street from the study window. Every time lightening strikes, I jump. The thunder is just a little bit too loud, just a little too close.

I’m turning the bright box off for now and returning to bed with a good book. I have things to do, but there really is no point in zapping the computer. Yes, I have a surge protector - and I don’t trust it right now.

While I was pregnant with my first one, I was terrified of thunderstorms… it was obviously irrational, and I couldn’t tell you why…
