All the News…

I can always tell when I’ve found a service that is fairly new. I try to sign up with a username of “christine,” chuckling as I think, “yeah, RIGHT. Christine is *so* not going to be available. But it’s worth a shot…”
NewsGator Online is so new, I just signed up as “christine.” That new. Want an alternative to Bloglines? Want to read all of your RSS feeds in one place, no matter where you are at? Want a nice and pretty interface for reading your feeds? Check NewsGator Online out. It rocks!

Before I sign up (no site is ever “ben” new… maybe “christine-new” could be a new catchphrase?), what is the advantage of this place over bloglines?
Mind you, I JUST became a bloglines-lover.

Bah, ‘pamela’ was already taken.
Ah well. I still have that as an AIM nick and people are always trying to steal it.

Ben, there probably aren’t that many differences between NewsGator and Bloglines. I think the interface looks nicer at NewsGator, but I haven’t explored enough yet to discover the rest of the hidden treasures.

That is new… I was able to sign up for “Mariann,” which is pretty uncommon, and “James” (for the DH) and I never get his first name for a username!
