You Drop the Bomb on Me…

The latest Jeep Cherokee commercial has a rather interesting disclaimer at the bottom after a Jeep comes flying out of a volcano:

“Dropping a vehicle is only safe in commercials”

Uhm, yeah. Ok, if you say so. Because really, commercials are pretty similar to reality, and I don’t think dropping a vehicle is truly safe any time, is it?

What about keeping your Jeep inside a volcano? Is that safe?! C’mon, Jeep! You’re putting bad ideas in my head!

Good point. I always love when somebody points out the BS in commercials.

Still my favorite commercial is the Burger King Commercial…What is up with the Burger King guy in bed with some random dude in the morning, feeding him a sausage breakfast! A little strange but I love it!

I know its a bit late, but Jeep seems to have changed this warning to simply “do not attempt”
