Runovers…

First Friends goes off the air. Then, as if that’s not bad enough, they took too much time getting out the door – and ran over 6-7 minutes. This of course caused my Tivo to record 9 – 10 for ER – chopping off the end of the show!
Fortunately, Television Without Pity had a brief recap, but if you can fill me in from the graduation scene to the end of the show, that would be great!

that sucks that you missed it! My tivo had been warning me all week that it would run over and to set it to do so – i’m suprised yours didn’t.

Same thing happened to me. Fortunately I recorded ER and was able to see it all. But before I realised it, I was pi-issed. Damn Tivo. Damn NBC!

Thanks to the power of the Internet (plus a demanding mother-in-law I have the special, the complete episode, and The Tonight Show with the cast, all commercial-free. Let me know if you’re still in need of seeing it.

Yeah – I knew that Friends would run over – I caught the end of that thanks to the Tivo trying to record ER. It’s the end of ER that I was missing!
