Mmmm… Nice Smell!

Posted on March 11, 2004 by Christine | 6 Comments

Well, my carpets are clean now, but I think I just killed my vacuum cleaner. So while it looks good, it smells like something is burning. Eww…

I think I’m going to have to unpack candles so I can try to vanilla-out the stench!

*lol* oh lord, I’ve done that on several occasions – actually even burned a blanket, once. The smell is HORRIBLE.

Open windows. Fresh air is yummy. :-)

You may have fried the belt. I did that once, and it stunk up the joint!

I fried mine once but it turned out my hair was wadded up into this huge ball and was basically on fire where the belt is. Once I picked it all out (gross, I know), it was fine. But the house did smell like burnt hair for a few days.

It was great seeing you tonite, C-girl! Listen, I am truly happy for you. And that comes straight from my puppy-dog and ice cream site.

Belts are easy to fix. If I can do it, anybody can. Jenn’s right, though, check for hair or string in the brush.

Dude, what did you use to clean them? I am on a perpetual seek of a nice carpet cleaning stuff.
