Free to Roam…

Want to know why wireless modems are the most wonderful thing in the world? Because I can sit here in bed & read blogs on the laptop. Cord & cable free. Soon I will be returning to my day of cleaning, I just had to take a break from the smell of bleach & Pinesol. Then Jason & I need to work on his Science Fair project stuff. After that, I have to work on my latest project (in addition to that above mentioned housework.) So much done already, but lots left to do.

Know what else is great? Last night I told Jason I wanted him to get all of his work done today so that we can go do something Sunday like visit the museum. This morning when I woke up at 7:30, I noticed he was still asleep – until I realized that the light was on in his room. I figured he was probably just reading – but I was wrong. He was sitting on the floor with his books spread out, working on his homework. When I peeked in he said, “Oh! I wanted to surprise you!” He went on to say that later when I said “come on, let’s do your homework…” he could say “why? It’s already done!” He cracks me up some days. It was a nice surprise to find him doing that work all on his own.
