The DNS transfer…

It seems that my domain is pointing to the right place finally. Yeah. (That, at this second, is as much enthusiasm as I can muster.) So you can link right to www.blahblahblog.com again and get here. Let me know if you had problems with that or if you still had to go through the long numeric route. Thanks.

Speechless… again.

I have tears in my eyes (again, how many times today?) after reading this letter on Susannah’s site. So many lives…

Random Comments…

This is just amazing. To have it updated already to read “1970 to 1977. Demolished by terrorist attack on September 11, 2001”. (Found over at davezilla.com.)

Michelle’s son’s teacher’s husband (that sounds awkward…) worked in the World Trade Center. So hard to explain this to children. She has so many other connections, friends & family, right in the heart of this all. I am praying for them.

Robyn has photographs of herself & her husband at the top of the building. Thank God that by some miracle her friends who work in the World Trade Center stayed home today.

And it continues on.

For Parents…

I thought I would share these links that I was sent through a Mom’s group. Our kids are very exposed to the media these days, so these might be helpful in the weeks to come: Talking with Kids About the News, Helping Children Understand Crisis and Trauma, Talking to Children about Violence, How to Talk to Your Children About the News.

I wrote a longer post earlier, but my computer lost it. Hmmm… oh well. I don’t think I could rewrite it. I am just happy to be alive and want to go home and hug my son.
